ThreatWeaver - Automated Kill Chain Generator Based on MITRE ATT&CK and Graph Theory

Abstract

ThreatWeaver is an innovative automated kill chain generator designed to validate the cyber resilience of network systems. It addresses known/unknown threats and 0-day vulnerabilities by simulating attack effects. Thanks to an extensive experimental assessment, ThreatWeaver can generate kill chains in just 12 to 547 seconds for complex networks with 2 to 64 nodes by enabling the identification of potential attack vectors and helping to mitigate the growing threats of criminal activities.
